Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


The full consultation fee will be retained or invoice for any missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

If you have cancelled an appointment but provided adequate notice of 24 hours, you may receive a refund, but please note $30 will be retained for administration and online refund fees.

Late Appointments

If you are running late to an appointment, please kindly let us know by giving us a call, text, or sending an email. Please note your appointment time may be cut short where there are patients booked directly after your consultation. The standard consultation fee applies to all late appointments.
