Consultation Process
During your initial consultation, often feedback from patients is they finally feel heard. We take the time to deep dive into your full health history with an interrogative approach to try and identify any root causes of your health concerns or any links between symptoms. We are a judgement free safe space for everyone, in all walks of life.
After your consult your Naturopath will review your case and take the time to review research, any recent test results and pathology, and write a custom healthcare plan for you. This will include dietary and lifestyle advice, as well as a prescription to practitioner grade supplements, natural medicine, and any referrals for further testing relevant.
We are your partner on your healthcare journey alongside your GP, Chiropractor, and any other healthcare practitioners you see. Optimal health takes long-term maintainance and therefore requires regular follow-up appointments.

Discovery call (10min)

Initial Naturopathic Consultation (60mins)
Book this to explore any health concern or if you are a single for fertility treatment. Opal will send your health plan, prescription for practitioner grade supplements and any referrals (pathology or other) via email within 3 days. On booking you will be sent an online health patient intake form.

Express Immune consult (15min)
Book this for acute illness or an immunity boost.

Couples Fertility Consultation (1.5hr)
It takes two to tango! And for fertility this indeed rings true. Book this if you are planning to conceive, if you are experiencing fertility concerns or undergoing IUI/IVF. You will each receive individual tailored health plans and prescriptions. If you are a single undergoing fertility treatment (i.e using a donor), please book our standard new patient consultation.

Initial Consultation + Individualised Health Plan:
During your initial consultation, you will enjoy a explorative and comprehensive 60 minute one-on-one consultation with your Clinical Naturopath.
Your Naturopath will use an investigative approach to identify any root causes of your health concerns and any links between symptoms. They will deep-dive into details of your full health history, medications, family background, current symptomatology, any tests/pathology, lifestyle, supplemental, and dietary practices.
Together, you and your Naturopath will define your health goals and long-term approach for your health journey that you are comfortable working towards.
After review and relevant research, a individualised health plan to address your personalised needs will be curated and shared alongside any recommendations for nutritional and herbal supplementation, lifestyle and dietary changes, and any further referrals and testing if required.
Some recommendations and prescriptions may be provided during your initial consultation, and your full health plan will be emailed to you within 3 days of your consultation. A 15 minute phone consultation will be available to review your recommendations together and answer questions.
2x Follow-Up Consultations:
Every 2-6 weeks a 30 minute follow-up consultation will be available where your progress will be reviewed and any prescriptions or medication will be updated.

Due to the nature and timeframe of maturing eggs and the regeneration of sperm, it’s best to start preconception health work at least 3 months ahead of conception, ideally more!
Fertility is an unknown journey that is different for everyone. If you are planning to conceive in the next year or if you are already undergoing your fertility journey, and would like some fertility focused recommendations, this package is for you.
Initial Consultation (90mins)
During your 90 minute initial consultation both partners undergo their own consultation, and both receive individual health plans and prescriptions with a fertility focus.
5x follow up consultations (45mins)
Every 2-6 weeks a 30 minute follow-up consultation will be available where your progress will be reviewed and any prescriptions or medication will be updated.
This will follow and be specific for your fertility journey wherever you may be. Should conception be successful during this time, your follow-up will shift towards first trimester health, or should you begin IVF consultation, your plan will focus in this direction.
